AVToys employ Stripe to process credit card payments.
We offer direct Credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay for payment convenience. For those who prefer an additional layer of security through a third-party payment processor, we also offer PayPal as an alternative. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we encourage you to choose the payment method that aligns best with your preferences and ensures the utmost safety for your purchases.

*Scam/Fraud Prevention Notice: Our Staffs DO NOT contact you privately for payments via whatsapp. Only payments via our website is accepted. All contact via our telegram is only for enquiries for product, shipping and more. We do not offer self-collection.
Shipping During Festive: During festive seasons, stacked orders may be delayed. We recommend that you place your orders 1-2 months ahead during peak.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1 working day. If you wish to cancel your order, please telegram us within 12 hours of placing it to prevent shipment forwarding. We try to arrange delivery as soon as possible so you can receive your toys asap. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipments. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Our store ships to addresses worldwide, with the exception of military areas. All orders, regardless of country of origin arer consolidated in our warehouse in Guangzhou before shipment. Most international orders are shipped either from our consolidation centre in the UK or directly from our factory in China.
All shipments are traceable through the ‘Track Order’ page on our website. Due to COVID-19 and the safety of our staff and customers, please expect the following shipping times:
US Delivery: 2-9 Working Days
UK/EU/AU/CA Delivery: 5-17 Working Days
International Delivery: 5-28 Working Days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include a link to your tracking information once your order reaches its first checkpoint.
Every stage of the shipment from processing to delivered will be updated via email.
